Locul în sine este de obicei plin, deoarece este situat chiar în inima orașului Brugge, pe Dweersstraat 30, deci nu fi prea supărat dacă nu poți găsi un loc din prima.
Când vine vorba de cafeaua pe care o oferă, există multe variante, începând cu cafealele Slow și terminând cu multe tipuri diferite de băuturi aromate.

Atunci când vine vorba de furnizorii lor, mi s-a spus că le place să păstreze totul local, pentru a nu compromite prospețimea boabelor. When it comes to the coffee they offer, there’s a lot to choose from, starting with the Slow Coffees and ending with the many different types of flavored drinks . If you’ve been exploring all day and are more in the mood for alcohol than caffeine, go for their beer on tap, which is a local brew from Struise Browers.
When it comes to their suppliers, I’ve been told, they like to keep it all local so as not to compromise the freshness of the beans.
This is why they opted for the Colombian beans from Cafe Velvet in Brussels, for their filter needs, and the micro roastery OR in Gent, Belgium, for espresso.
However, seeing how they change their filter options every week, by the time you read this they’ll probably have some other lovely beans in stock.
