It is imperative to consider our agro-biological production and its particular benefits in relation to coffee. It is also important to understand that the reduction of carbon impact is an essential issue in Costa Rica. Demanding consumers are linked to high standards and thus, usually more eco friendly. The coffee plantations are home to a large variety of birds and other fauna species. To be a consumer of Costa Rican coffee is to be a crucial part in the protection of our environment, while being as well part of a family of Costa Rican coffee lovers, who add value to an exceptional product, which finally is shipped everywhere around the world. Nowadays, the coffee sector in Costa Rica is primarily divided into many small producers, all of which are focused on providing quality for a demanding market, such as the European market.
