Less than a month until Trieste Coffee Experts

The summit will bring, once again, all the protagonists of the coffee sector to Trieste

Knowledge, sharing and solidarity: these are the three key words of the Trieste Coffee Experts. The event organised by the Bazzara brothers that will take place on 7th October at the Bazzara Academy, located in the Art Nouveau building in Via Battisti 1, Trieste (Italy), is supported by Mumac Academy, Cimbali Group, ARC, Host Milano, Clubhouse, Pulycaff and Poplast as “Platinum” sponsors and Trieste Espresso Expo, Petroncini, Astoria, Dalla Corte, Sanremo, Nuova Simonelli, Sigep Rimini, B.W.T. and many more as “Gold” sponsors.

Three is a recurring number, representing also the main themes of the 2017 edition, which is -in fact- the third one: Espresso(R)Evolution – from traditional blends to varietals discovery, from espresso to expanding alternative extraction methods; Bar(R)Evolution – from baristas and traditional cafeteria to robot bars and Micro Roastery; Academy(R)Evolution – from the new frontiers of education to the collaboration between SCAA and SCAE.

The customary video-interviews will complement the agenda: a long-established tool aimed at spreading the culture of coffee in a format perfect to be shared on social media.

As if this wasn’t enough, this year’s edition features a significant innovation: the event, in fact, will be live streamed in order to overcome the space limitations of the Bazzara Academy, thus opening its doors to a more extended international audience. From 14:30 to 18:00 it will be possible to watch the speeches on the agenda live on many websites: the event will be streamed not only on the Bazzara’s website and on the Facebook page Bazzara Espresso, but also on Comunicaffè, Pasticceria Internazionale, Buongiorno Italia, Blog del Caffè, Coffee and Cocoa, Coffee&Tea and many more.

In addition, this year the event will cover a very important issue: thanks to the contribution of our sponsors   we were able to offer a gesture of solidarity to the people living the areas hit by the earthquake in Central Italy with the hope of lifting their spirits.
