Dacă eşti interesat să înveţi mai multe despre cafea sau deţii un espressor, te poţi înscrie la workshopurile ce au loc un weekend sau două pe lună; preţul este mai mult decât rezonabil, iar cursurile se ţin în mansarda cafenelei.
Din nefericire, acesta nu este un loc pentru dependenţii de brew. Deşi un filtru Moccamaster se va alătura curând familiei Stadsbranderij, nu veţi găsi aici un Chemex sau slow-drip.
Cafeneaua BeanBrothers este de obicei deschisă în fiecare zi, în afară de ziua de luni când închid cafeneaua şi se odihnesc, de la 10 dimineaţa până la 5 după-amiaza. În weekend, programul începe de la ora 12. De asemenea, ei încurajează arta tinerilor şi, o dată la 2 săptămâni, expun lucrări (fotografii, obiecte ceramice, picturi, etc.) ale artiştilor locali.
Aşa că, dacă vrei vreodată să fii unul dintre fraţi, chiar şi pentru puţin timp, fă-le o vizită la Stadsbranderij – City Roasters, Eindhoven.
If you’re interested in learning more about coffee or if you have an espresso machine yourself, you can apply for their workshops that take place every one/ two weekends per month; the price is more than acceptable and classes take place in the attic above the café.
Sadly, this is not a place for the brew addicts out there. Although a Moccamaster filter will join the Stadsbranderij family soon enough, you won’t find any Chemex or slow-drip here.
The BeanBrothers coffeehouse is generally opened every day, except Mondays when they close shop and rest, from 10 in the mornings until 5 in the afternoon. For weekenders: opening hours change from 12. They also encourage young art and, every two weeks, display a number of works (photographs, ceramic paintings etc.) belonging to local artists on their walls.
So if you ever want to be one of the brothers, even if it’s just for a short while, pop in for a visit at Stadsbranderij – City Roasters, Eindhoven.
