Cea de-a doua împarte spaţiul cu un magazin concept şi oferă produse de patiserie delicioase pe lângă cafeaua bună şi privelişte. Tot în prima locaţie are loc şi prăjirea, dar am fost destul de norocoasă încât să fac un mic tur şi să îmi aleg boabele doar după miros.
Aşa am ajuns să iau o pungă de 250 g de Colombia Nariño cu corp floral şi fin pentru acasă, căci ei vând şi cafea şi accesorii Hario în cafeneaua lor. Trebuie să recunosc că sunt mare fană a V60-ului, aşa că a fost o încântare! Nu trebuie să vă faceţi griji totuşi, ei au mereu cel puţin trei opţiuni single origin disponibile, plus amestecul lor, aşa că aveţi din ce alege.
Vizitarea Combi Coffee sau chiar o cafea la pachet de la faimosul lor stand mobil trebuie să ajungă pe lista voastră de bifat. Atmosfera este lejeră, iar angajaţii prietenoşi. M-am distrat vorbind despre cafea, maşini, femei prăjitori în devenire şi ascultând poveștile lui Gonçalo.
Mai sunt mai mult de două luni de vară şi fiind sezonul festivalului, dacă ajungeţi prin zonă, verificaţi-le conturile de social media pentru ultimele noutăţi din programul lor aglomerat.

The second shares the space with a concept store and offers tasty baked goods alongside good coffee with a view. Their first location is also where all the roasting takes place , but I was lucky enough to get a quick tour and choose my beans by smell only.
This is how I ended up getting a very floral and smooth bodied Colombia Nariño 250grams bag for home use as they also sell beans and Hario accessories in their coffeeshop. I must admit I’m a big V60 fan, so this was a treat! You don’t have to worry, however, they always have at least three single origin options available and their house blend for you to choose from.
Visiting Combi Coffee, or even grabbing a t0-go cup from their now famous coffee truck, must definitely go on your bucket list . The atmosphere is light and the staff is friendly. I had a lot of fun talking coffee, cars, up-and-coming women roasters and listening to Gonçalo’s stories.
