În prezent, mă bucur să mă joc cu Kompresso de la Cafflano. Poate prepara shoturi puternice de espresso cu apă caldă și rece și doar presiune manuală. E foarte tare.
Unde ai găsit cea mai interesantă cafenea din lume?
Wow, întrebare imposibilă. Oriunde există cafea minunată și oameni buni cu o poveste de spus.

Nu vă lăsați amăgiți de cuvinte mari, lucruri pe care nu le știți sau de oameni care nu doresc să împartă. Cafeaua este strălucitoare și interesantă și are o comunitate mare care crește și evoluează tot timpul.
But just like coffee there are loads of theories and inconclusive approach and techniques etc. I really enjoy it. People are often very surprised. I don’t look like a powerlifter.
What is your favorite brewing method and why?
I am currently enjoying playing with the Kompresso by Cafflano. It can brew espresso strong brews with both hot and cold water and only manual pressure. It’s very neat.
Where did you find the most interesting coffee place in the world?
Wow, impossible question. Anywhere there’s great coffee and great people with a story to tell.
In the end, could you tell us some words for our coffee community?
Don’t be put off by big words, things you don’t know, or people that don’t want to share. Coffee is brilliant and interesting and has a great community that is growing and evolving all the time.
